Here at HollyCrow, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your product. If you are not please do not hesitate to contact us, we are very keen to help.
As well as our handmade products we also stock some items that are handpicked with care from uk based suppliers. These include our Cardigans (knit in Leicestershire) and our fantastic Run & Fly products designed in the north of England. If you are unhappy with these products we are happy to exchange or issue a full refund within 14 days of you receiving your delivery. Garments/Products must still have tags attached and be unworn, in the same condition they were dispatched. Please note our parcels are sent out via a tracked courier service. So if you need any information on dates of when your items were delivered to you, just ask as we can track this for you.
Our handmade garments are made to order. Therefore unless the item is faulty we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However we are happy to alter the garment where possible. We will also happily issue a credit note code to be used on the website within 6 months if the item is returned to us, in the condition it was dispatched. Our handmade garments are made with much care and attention to detail, we have an extremely low level of problems with these garments & therefore we are sure your need to return or exchange will not be a problem.
Please note custom made items (this is if you select custom in the sizing menu) will not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. This is due to them being made to your exact measurements making them un-returnable.
SALE RETURNS: We do not accept cash/card returns on any sale item. We are happy to exchange the item when returned to us within 14 days of your item being delivered to you. Or we can issue a credit note valid for 6 months where required.
All refunds/exchanges will be processed within 14 days of the item being received back at HollyCrow HQ. Please note that postage will not be refunded just the cost of the item/s.
